If you need to get in touch with me outside of our appointments, please call the clinic number (541-703-3210) or message me via the patient portal.. For urgent messages, phone is the best way to contact me. I try to respond to all non urgent messages within 1 to 2 business days.

For established patients, I am available on weekends or evenings for urgent issues, although I cannot guarantee an immediate response. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, the Crisis Line (988) or go to the nearest emergency room. After any emergency room visit or crisis line call, please contact me to schedule a follow up appointment as soon as you are able.

I require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Any missed appointments or cancellations under 48 hours will be subject to the full cost of the appointment. For first time cancellations, these fees are waived. Please note that insurance does not cover missed appointments.

Many psychiatric medications are federally controlled substances, including stimulant medications (Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse), as well as benzodiazepines (Xanax, Klonopin, Valium, Ativan, etc) and some sleep medications (Ambien, Lunesta). Due to the risks of potential dependence and misuse of these medications, I only prescribe these medications after a careful assessment and in conjunction with lifestyle modification and therapy. I do not provide early refills for controlled substances.
